In plain English

How a campaign works

Outreach creates the lead. Follow-through creates the sale. Here is the whole thing in six steps, with no jargon.

  1. 1

We decide who to talk to

You tell us the kind of customer you want more of. We build a list of the real companies that match, and the people inside them who make the decision.

Fewer, better names beat a big list.

  2. 2

We write one short, relevant email

Not a brochure. One clear reason a busy person would care enough to reply, written for that specific audience.

    One idea, in plain language.

  3. 3

    We send it, carefully

The emails go out steadily over the month rather than all at once, so they keep arriving in inboxes instead of spam folders.

This is the step that creates leads.

  4. 4

    We watch who reacts

Some people reply. Some click. Some come back and look again. We keep a record of what each person did, so nobody interesting gets lost.

Interest is recorded, not guessed at.

  5. 5

    We keep following up

People who showed interest hear from us again, with something related to what they looked at — until they are ready to talk or clearly are not.

This is the step that creates sales.

  6. 6

We hand your salesperson a real conversation

When someone is genuinely interested, your salesperson gets the name, the company, what the person cared about and what to say next. Then we track whether it turned into a sale.

You see the result, not just the activity.

The short version

We find the right people, say something worth answering, keep the conversation going with anyone who shows interest, and hand your salesperson the ones who are ready to buy. Everything is written down, so you can see where the sales came from.

Common questions

What counts as a lead?
A real person at a real company who has shown genuine interest — replied, asked a question, or come back more than once. An opened email is not a lead.
How long before we see something?
The first weeks are setup: audience, message and sending. Replies usually begin in the first month, and conversations build from there.
What do you need from us?
A clear picture of your best customer, someone on your side to answer questions, and a salesperson ready to respond quickly when a lead arrives.
What happens if it is not working?
Because everything is recorded, we can see which step is weak — the audience, the message or the follow-up — and change that step rather than start over.
